Important: If students do not attend the class within the first 15 minutes, the teacher has the right to leave and count that time as a completed shift.

Appointment Policy

1. Disputes:
  • • Dispute request is accepted if the tutor misses the scheduled session. They can be initiated once the appointment time has passed or is automatically completed.
  • • In cases of force majeure (such as fire, internet outage, power blackout, or grieving), either party may request a one-time rescheduling.
  • • Please provide evidence (such as chat screenshots) via Customer Service’s WhatsApp within 24 hours of the incident.
  • • Parties must respond to the dispute within 48 hours. If no response is received, the appointment will be considered resolved.
  • • The administrator’s decision is final and based on careful consideration and reasonable thought.
2. Booking & Reschedule:
A. Private Tuition (One teacher with one student)
  • • Once a class has started and if no notification is received 3 x 24 hours in advance, it cannot be cancelled.
B. Group Tuition (One teacher with more than one student)
  • • At the beginning of the class, all members will appoint one representative to arrange reschedule request. New member that recently join has to accept the appointed person as representative decided before.
  • • Session substitutions require agreement from ALL group members. If any member disagrees, the original session schedule plan will remain constant. This ensures fairness and full consensus decision-making for schedule changes.
  • • Session changes requests are only applied by one class representative to the teacher, at least 5 days in advance. Teachers accept requests only from the class representative.
C. Reschedule
  • • Reschedule requests for both private and group tuition sessions can only be made once every four sessions.
3. Refund:
  • • Despite our careful selection of teachers, uncontrollable issues can arise. If so, we offer a refund after deducted by Rp 35,000 fee per session for bank transfer and payment gateway fees. Please request this within 48 hours and consider booking another teacher for a better experience.

A. Details of Each Service:
1. Private Appointment (1 Student)
  • • This is a one-on-one session where you can choose to focus on either lesson explanations or assignment help. Since this is a personalized service, it comes at a higher price, but you receive full attention to your needs.
2. Group Tuition (Min. 2 Students)
  • • Group Tuition focuses solely on the explanation of materials prepared by the teacher. It is ideal for students who want a broad understanding of a topic. *Please note, this option does not allow for detailed, personalized questions or the completion of assignments, homework, or personal tasks. If you have specific questions or need help with assignments, a Private Appointment is recommended.
3. Group Assignment Support (1 Topic & Min. 2 Students)
  • • This service is designed for students needing help with group tasks, assignments, or homework. It does not cover quizzes or exams, as those require a different approach and more time.
4. Private Exam Assistance (1 Student)
  • • This is a one-on-one session where the teacher assists you in answering questions during an exam or quiz. It provides focused help to ensure you understand and can succeed in your test.
5. Group Exam Assistance (1 Exam & Min. 2 Students)
  • • In this group session, students receive help with one exam topic that is the same for all participants. This is ideal for groups preparing for the same exam or quiz.
